Pages now generated from one data file; sections added
Product, comparison and glossary pages are now generated from one data file per type, so a parameter changed once appears identically in all three languages. Section index pages, a download area and this change record were added the same day.
All published pages re-checked; sample values labelled
Every page carrying an unverified figure now states on the page that the value is illustrative. Before this date the disclaimer lived only in the data file, where a reader would never see it.
Four technology comparisons published
Ranging principle, signal transmission, turbidity optics and hygienic mounting, each compared on the factor that actually decides the choice. Comparisons stay between technologies, not brand models, because a comparison against another vendor needs their data sheet.
Three instrument families and four selection notes
Turbidity, laser displacement and hygienic pressure pages, plus notes on turbidity selection, finding 4-20 mA loop faults, enclosure ratings and triangulation against time of flight, and three application pages.
Glossary published with test conditions
Fourteen terms, each defined in one standalone sentence. Where a code comes from a standard the entry names the standard and the test condition, because a bare code such as IP69K does not tell you what was actually sprayed at what temperature.
